Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Mizan Flow subscriptions and one-time purchases. It works alongside, and doesn't replace, the cancellation and billing terms in our Terms of Service.

All subscription fees — including partial billing periods, unused access, and early cancellation — are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewal charges, but doesn't refund the period you've already paid for; you keep full access through the end of that period. See Settings → Billing to cancel at any time.

New workspaces get a free trial period before any payment method is charged. If you cancel during the trial, you're never charged at all — this is the only way to use the Service at no cost.

One-time AI token top-up purchases are non-refundable once completed, including if the purchased tokens go unused.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — a duplicate charge, a charge after a properly-cancelled subscription, or an amount that doesn't match your plan — contact us at hello@mizanflow.co and we'll investigate and correct any genuine billing error.

Go to Settings → Billing and select Cancel Subscription. Cancelling takes effect immediately for future renewals; your current billing period isn't affected.
